Minimum Wage in Region 12 – SOCCSKSARGEN (Updated)
The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) Region 12 has issued Wage Order No. XII-24, providing a staggered wage increase for workers across all sectors. Upon full implementation, workers in non-agriculture will receive up to ₱430 daily, while those in agriculture and retail/service will get up to ₱410 and ₱430 respectively. The order took effect on October 17, 2024, with increases spread across four tranches.

The monthly wage for domestic workers (kasambahays) was also raised by ₱500. The new monthly minimum wage is ₱5,000 in cities and first-class municipalities, and ₱4,500 in other municipalities.
