Minimum Wage in Region 10 – Northern Mindanao (Updated)
The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) Region 10 has issued Wage Order No. RX-24, granting a daily minimum wage increase of up to ₱39 for workers in private establishments in Northern Mindanao. The first tranche of ₱25 took effect on January 16, 2026, while a second tranche of ₱14 will be implemented on May 1, 2026, bringing the full increase to ₱39 per day.
The wage adjustment applies to both agriculture and non-agriculture sectors, covering Wage Categories I and II across the region.

The board also issued Wage Order No. RBX-DW-06, increasing the monthly minimum wage for domestic workers (kasambahays) by ₱500, raising the rate from ₱6,000 to ₱6,500, effective January 16, 2026.

The full ₱39 increase is implemented in two tranches: ₱25 upon effectivity and ₱14 effective May 1, 2026.

- Cities of Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Malaybalay, Valencia, Gingoog, El Salvador, and Ozamiz, and the Municipalities of Tagoloan, Villanueva, Jasaan, Opol, Maramag, Quezon, Manolo Fortich, and Lugait.
Wage Category 2:
- All other areas not mentioned under Wage Category I.
All Retail and Service Establishments employing not more than ten (10) workers
